• The manufacturer(s), distributor(s) and / or seller(s) accept no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, injury or loss, financial or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, function or malfunction of this device. By purchasing and using this device you understand and accept this disclaimer.

Warning:

• Only the person who has fireworks license is allowed to purchase the product, or the person of whom there isn't fireworks purchase limit in his / her country or district is allowed to purchase the products. Kingdom is not with responsibility for any illegal usage.

• Safety is the user's responsibility. All pyrotechnic effect and firework safety guidelines should be followed completely. As with all of Kingdom Firing Systems' products, the user is fully responsible for the installation and the operation of the product. The user shall meet all relevant occupational, safety and health requirements. The user shall ensure a safe operating environment in accordance with industry best practice.

Warranty:

• 5 year standard warranty against any manufactures defects of the circuit boards. 1 years standard warranty for the rechargeable battery. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage sustained outside normal use. Please note that some of our products are not waterproof and if used outdoors they should be adequately protected to prevent damage.
• Within 20days after arrival, buyer can choose either replacement systems or return the goods and get back the funds against any manufactures defects. Supplier is responsible for return shipping.

•Above warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage sustained outside normal use. Please note that some of our products are not waterproof and if used outdoors they should be adequately protected to prevent damage.

• Provide free repairing service
